Robert Davis is Senior Partner at Davis Wojcik Duarte, APLC, a California firm that offers a full range of legal services for its clients. Mr. Davis has been practicing law in Southern California since 1992. With extensive civil and criminal courtroom experience, Mr. Davis has developed a reputation as one of the most accomplished and versatile attorneys in the region.
Mr. Davis earned his B.A. from California State University San Bernardino. After graduation he worked as a Legislative Aide for U.S. Congressman George Brown. Thereafter, he attended the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. At BYU, Mr. Davis served as Editor-in-Chief for the law school’s Journal of Law and Education.
After law school, Mr. Davis returned to Southern California joining Dye, Thomas, Luebs, & Mort in Riverside. In 1995 Mr. Davis became at Nielsen & Davis and a year later formed what is now Davis Wojcik Duarte.
Born and raised in the Inland Empire of Southern California, Mr. Davis has been an active member in his community. He has served as a Board member and officer for local organizations such as the Community Health Foundation, the Education Foundation, Community Oversight Committee, the Exchange Club, Barristers, Bar Association and Boy Scouts of America. Additionally, he is a member of the Hemet/San Jacinto Action Group.
His professional affiliations include membership in the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, American Health Lawyers’ Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, Lawyers of Distinction, and Master with the Southwest Inn of Court. He has also served extensively as a Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court for the County of Riverside in both civil and criminal courts. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in the State of California before the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern District Courts.
Mr. Davis has been married to his wife, Laura, for over 30 years and has four children and three grandchildren.
